Account and Refund Policy
We are not responsible if your account has been blocked, suspended or restricted in any way if the service provider does not issue a refund.
If your subscription has been cancelled and the provider (z.ai) sent you a refund confirmation via email, please forward this email to us. Depending on the amount they actually refunded, we will issue you a refund of 80% of the actual refunded amount (for the first month only).
In cases where there is no invoice, return letter, or official return notification from the supplier (z.ai), we cannot be held responsible and do not provide refund support.
